Meditation Monday – February

I realize this is late.  I wasn’t planning on getting sick but it happens…

Because this is the time of year when sickness lurks in every corner waiting to pounce on the unexpected, I thought we’d keep this months meditation easy.

Purity.

I like to put my feet up, literally, on a wall while I’m doing this one.  This posture aids in digestion, alleviates cramping and helps facilitate the drainage of the lymphatic system, boosting your immunity.  Palms should rest beside your hips, palms facing up with your thumb lying across your palm, tip of the thumb at the base of your pinky finger.

Meditation February

Imagine your heart on fire and a phoenix rising from the ashes in the form of your true self.

Keeping it simple.  No chanting, just visualizing.

Bring the fire to your true self and let that phoenix FLY.
